Python Academic Tokyo（以下、「当団体」）は、個人情報の保護を重要な責務と認識し、以下の方針に基づき、個人情報の適正な取扱いと保護に努めます。

1. 個人情報の取得と利用目的
   当団体は、以下の個人情報を取得・利用いたします。
   ・パスポートのコピー
   ・戸籍謄本
   ・各種資格証明書

これらの情報は、Green LionおよびManabe Tours等、海外提携団体におけるボランティア登録・受け入れ手続きのために利用します。

2. 個人情報の第三者提供
   当団体は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的で、提携する海外団体（Green Lion, Manabe Tours）に提供することがあります。ただし、利用者ご本人の同意を得たうえで提供いたします。
3. 個人情報の管理
   取得した個人情報は、外部からの不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等を防止するために、以下の措置を講じます。
   ・紙書類は施錠保管
   ・電子データはパスワード保護されたクラウドサービスで管理
   ・閲覧可能なスタッフは必要最小限に制限
4. 開示・訂正・削除等のお問い合わせ
   本人からの要請により、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等を行います。

5. 法令遵守と見直し

【Privacy Policy】

Python Academic Tokyo (“we” or “our organization”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and will handle such information appropriately and securely in accordance with the following policy.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use
   We collect and use the following types of personal information for the purpose of registering applicants with overseas volunteer programs:

• Copy of passport
• Copy of family registry (Koseki Tohon)
• Qualification certificates

These are used for processing registration and arrangements with our overseas partner organizations, such as Green Lion and Manabe Tours.

2. Provision to Third Parties
   We may provide the collected personal information to our partner organizations (e.g., Green Lion, Manabe Tours) solely for the above-stated purpose. Such information will only be provided with the prior consent of the individual.
3. Management of Personal Information
   We take appropriate measures to manage and protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage:

• Paper documents are stored in locked cabinets
• Digital data is stored in password-protected cloud systems
• Access is limited to authorized personnel only

2. Requests for Disclosure or Correction
   Individuals may request the disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information at any time.
